Rates are in US Dollars, including local taxes and all fees.

Low Season:
April 15th-December 14th $3500 per week
High Season:
December 15th-April 14th $4250 per week

Minimum Two Week Stay During Christmas

Cancellation Policy:
25% Cancellation Fee During Low Season
50% Cancellation Fee During High Season
